Here’s the brief on our Wholesale terms and conditions.

  1. Minimum Order Value

 Logan and Alice Teethers minimum order quantity for wholesale is to purchase each style in lots of 10, within the 10 you can choose the colours you would like. We do offer further discounts on orders over 100 so please contact us to enquire on pricing.

  1. How to place order
  • Once you have submitted your stockist application via our website and it has been approved you will receive your login details for our website.
  • To order head to our wholesale login page via our website - loganandalice.com/wholesalelogin
  • Enter the password (case sensitive) to shop our wholesale collections
  • Please provide colours and quantities you require for each style & lots
  • Please also select your packaging requirements for reselling
  • Add to cart and complete checkout
  • Your order confirmation will be emailed to us so we can process your order

*Please ensure all styles, quantities, colours are correct before placing your order and contact us immediately via email hello@loganandalice.com if you need something changed


  1. Recommended Retail Price

 Our recommended retail price (RRP) is $14.95 AUD in our retail packaging and $12.95 AUD not in retail packaging. We are happy for our stockists to conduct sales on our products as part of their regular business.

  1. Wholesale Pricing

All prices are listed in AUD dollars and prices are subject to change without notice.

  1. Returns and Damages

 We do not give refunds on our items for change of mind, please keep this in mind when placing your orders.

We will only accept returns if any of the items received if we sent the wrong product, the product is damaged or defected in which we will provide a replacement for. If you require to return products you will need to contact us via email hello@loganandalice.com and provide detail of fault & photos before a replacement will be issued. The faulty product will also need to be returned prior to a replacement being sent. Please ensure all stock is inspected when received as returns will only be accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

  1. Payments

Logan & Alice accept payments via our online store with Credit Card and Paypal. We also accept Afterpay in which Afterpay terms & conditions apply. If you would like to pay via Direct Deposit please contact us via email hello@loganandalice.com

  1. Shipping

Shipping is not included in the cost of goods. On all orders freight will be charged, for Australia shipping we use Sendle courier service and Australia Post usually 3-5 business days for standard and 1-2 business days for express. For all International Orders we use DHL express shipping which takes 3-5 business days.

  1. Delivery Window

Please allow at least 3-5 business days processing time from when you place your order for items to be shipped. If you select express we will expedite your processing time to 2 business days. Please contact us for any urgent requirements.

  1. Backorders

Out of stock goods will be back-ordered and you will be notified. Once goods are in stock they will be shipped to you.

  1. Shipping International Orders

We use DHL express for International shipping but Logan & Alice are not liable for any duties or taxes charged on goods being imported. This is the responsibility of the importing business to check their local customs or tax requirements.
